The University of Denver's Pioneer Performance has developed an approach to training that has powered the most successful non-football athletic department in the country. This training approach is being applied to the young female athletes of the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club.
We have partnered with Drs. Michelle Wolcott, Eric McCarty and Rachel Frank of CU Sports Medicine for the research being performed with the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club. Twelve teams have been included into the study and data analysis in underway.
